Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, we use contracts for all of our services. So there is a clear understanding on the work being performed between us and the customer.
How do snow removal contract work?

We have 3 different contract options.
1. Flat seasonal rate which covers all snow and ice control through out the winter months
2. Hourly rates for each piece of equipment and per guy on site during the storm.
3. Pricing per inch to clear and remove snow from your property. As well as salting applications per occurance.
Do you only service commercial properties?

We do not do single resident driveways for snow removal. We do hospitals, offices, shopping centers, communities, 55 plus, etc.
What should I consider when hiring a snow removal business/contractor?

When hiring a snow contractor need to make sure they have the proper equipment and manpower. The last thing you want is for snow to come and your contractor be short staffed or have equipment breaking down. All of our equipment is up to date, and looked over before each snow fall. We have lots of great workers preparded for any storm at anytime.

It really depends on the needs of the customer. Some communities wait to get 4" of stone before performing any work and others want pre salt and maintained through out the entire snow storm.
